The CMC LA-300 is a high-capacity, single-port mechanical terminal lug engineered for mission-critical power applications. Part of the renowned Hubbell CMC "LA" series of solderless connectors, this lug is precision-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 extruded aluminum alloy. It is designed to bridge the gap between standard branch circuits and heavy feeders, supporting a wide conductor range from 6 AWG up to 300 kcmil.
Every LA-300 is electro-tin plated to ensure a gas-tight electrical bond, low contact resistance, and maximum protection against galvanic corrosion. This dual-rated (CU9AL) connector is now certified for use with both standard rigid and flexible (fine strand) conductors, making it one of the most versatile mechanical lugs in its class for industrial machinery and motor leads.
