Product Description

The Ideal 44-1809 is a universal breaker lockout device that fits 120–277V single-pole circuit breakers. Designed with a hinged locking-post design, this lockout allows the breaker’s lever to be locked in the OFF position, preventing unauthorized or accidental activation. A thumbscrew securely clamps the device to the breaker tongue, and a protective cover slips over the screw to prevent tampering. The lockout is RoHS-compliant and features an updated blade design that provides a firmer grip with less torque on the screw.
