Product Description
The ILSCO D831 is an industrial-grade, single-barrel mechanical terminal lug engineered for high-integrity electrical power connections. Precision-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 extruded aluminum alloy, this lug is designed to terminate conductors ranging from 6 AWG up to 250 kcmil (MCM). It is a trusted standard for terminating main feeders and branch circuits in panelboards, motor control centers, and industrial switchgear.
Every D831 is electro-tin plated to ensure exceptionally low contact resistance and provide a permanent barrier against atmospheric and galvanic corrosion. As a dual-rated (AL9CU) connector, it is certified for the safe termination of both copper and aluminum conductors at operating temperatures up to 90°C.
