    Product Description

    The ILSCO TA-800 is a high-capacity, single-barrel mechanical terminal lug and a critical component of the ClearChoice series. Precision-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 extruded aluminum alloy, this lug is engineered for the most demanding high-amperage applications. It is designed to safely terminate massive power feeders ranging from 300 kcmil up to 800 kcmil (MCM) in switchgear, transformers, and large industrial service entrances.

    Every TA-800 is electro-tin plated to ensure exceptionally low contact resistance and to provide a permanent barrier against oxidation and galvanic corrosion. As a dual-rated (AL9CU) connector, it provides a safe, high-integrity bond for both copper and aluminum conductors in standard 2000V systems or high-capacity 35kV industrial applications.
