Product Description
The Square D A600CT is an industrial-grade mechanical terminal lug engineered for high-capacity power distribution. A staple in Square D panelboards, switchgear, and neutral assemblies, this lug is precision-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. It is specifically designed to handle massive main feeders, supporting conductors up to 600 kcmil (MCM) while maintaining a compact footprint for internal equipment mounting.
Every A600CT is electro-tin plated to ensure exceptionally low contact resistance and to provide a permanent barrier against atmospheric and galvanic corrosion. As a dual-rated (AL9CU) connector, it is UL-listed for the safe termination of both copper and aluminum conductors.

Key Features & Benefits
-
OEM Compatibility: Specifically designed for seamless integration into Square D / Schneider Electric equipment, ensuring compliance with local codes and manufacturer warranties.
-
High-Voltage Certified: While standard for 600V distribution, this lug is certified for use in systems up to 35kV when installed with proper high-voltage spacing and insulation.
-
Mechanical Efficiency: Features a rugged internal hex set-screw that provides maximum clamping force—eliminating the need for expensive hydraulic crimping dies.
-
Bimetallic Protection: The tin-plating allows for safe copper-to-aluminum transitions, preventing the thermal expansion failures common in untreated terminals.
-
Range-Taking Versatility: Covers a massive range from 4 AWG to 600 MCM, significantly reducing the amount of hardware needed for various feeder sizes.
