Product Description
The Square D DCC C-646 (Model DA-600) is a professional-grade mechanical terminal lug engineered for high-capacity electrical distribution. Precision-machined from high-strength 6061-T6 extruded aluminum alloy, this lug is designed to terminate heavy-duty main feeders in Square D panelboards, switchgear, and safety switches. It features a robust single-barrel design capable of securely holding conductors ranging from 2 AWG up to 600 kcmil (MCM).
Every DCC C-646 is finished with electro-tin plating to ensure exceptionally low contact resistance and to provide a permanent barrier against atmospheric oxidation and galvanic corrosion. As a dual-rated (AL9CU) connector, it is UL-listed for the safe termination of both copper and aluminum conductors at operating temperatures up to 90°C.
